10. Nayana-Mani Manjari (Bhaktisiddhanta) is under Ananga By Nityanandaās Mercy
11. Who is Ananga Manjari?
Ananga MaƱjarÄ« is the upa-maƱjarÄ« of Lalita DevÄ« and RÅ«pa GosvÄmÄ« is the mukhya-maƱjarÄ« of Lalita DevÄ«. Both of them are serving the lotus feet of ÅrÄ«mati Lalita DevÄ«, who is the principle sakhi of RÄdhÄ.
ÅrÄ«mati JÄhnavÄ DevÄ«, who is none other than Ananga MaƱjarÄ«, is the topmost maidservant of ÅrÄ«mati RÄdhÄrani. She is the younger sister of RÄdhÄrani and the topmost among all the maƱjarÄ«s, including RÅ«pa MaƱjarÄ«, Mani MaƱjarÄ«, and Guna MaƱjarÄ«. All these maƱjarÄ«s, along with Ananga MaƱjarÄ«, serve in the nikunja-sevas of RÄdhÄ and Kį¹į¹£į¹a. Ananga MaƱjarÄ« is the mÄdhurya-svarÅ«pa of adi-guru ÅrÄ« Nityananda Baladeva.
12. Bhaktivinoda is Rupanuga via Ananga
Bhaktivinoda ṬhÄkur, you can read in Navadvipa-bhÄva-taranga and also in his Gita-mala, is Kamala MaƱjarÄ«, the eternal maidservant of her Supreme Goddess, ÅrÄ«mati Ananga Manjari. And it is Ananga MaƱjarÄ« who introduces her, Kamala MaƱjarÄ«, Bhaktivinoda ṬhÄkur, to RÅ«pa MaƱjarÄ«, RÅ«pa GosvÄmÄ«.
13. Bhaktisiddhantaās Ananga-Ecstasy
Nayana-Mani MaƱjarÄ«, just as Bhaktivinoda ṬhÄkur as Kamala MaƱjarÄ«, her Supreme Goddess is Ananga-MaƱjarÄ«. So similarly, Nayana-Mani MaƱjarÄ«ās Supreme Goddess is also Ananga MaƱjarÄ«. One time, in Calcutta, at the Bagbazaar Math, BhaktisiddhÄnta SarasvatÄ« ṬhÄkur was speaking to a group of scholars from the Calcutta university and began by explaining to them that our line of disciplic succession is very, very sublime. Our line is coming from Radhika to Lalita DevÄ«. He was explaining this to some scholars.
Our line is coming from ÅrÄ«mati Radhika to Lalita DevÄ« to Rupa and Ananga. And as soon as he said āAnanga MaƱjarÄ«,ā incessant tears poured from his eyes and he became completely choked up, incapable of speaking; he just couldnāt control it. He said only, āOur line is very exaltedā ā like that. Then he just folded his hands and said, āPlease excuse meā and got up, went to his room, locked the door, and did not come out for three days. He didnāt eat, sleep, or anything. So ÅrÄ«mati Ananga MaƱjarÄ« is also the life and soul of ÅrÄ«la BhaktisiddhÄnta SarasvatÄ« ṬhÄkur. By her grace, he gained the feet of ÅrÄ«mati RÅ«pa MaƱjarÄ«.
14. Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvatiās Eternal Age
Nayana-Mani MaƱjarÄ«, she is a beautiful kisori-gopÄ« ā twelve years, three months, and fifteen days old. That is her eternal age. She has a bodily lustre and is pinkish in color. ÅrÄ«la PrabhupÄda also said that his bodily color, in his spiritual svarÅ«pa, is gaura-rata ā golden with a reddish hue, with reddish highlights. So bodily color, Perhaps this is why BhaktisiddhÄnta turned vivarna, whitish and then reddish-pinkish, because it was coming out, shining through.
15. Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvatiās Svarupa
Nayana-Mani MaƱjarÄ«ās nature, like Ananga MaƱjarÄ«ās and all the maƱjarÄ«sā in her line, is vama-madhyam. Vama means ācontraryā and madhya means āintermediately so.ā Prakara means āharshly soā and mrti means āvery softly so.ā RÄdhÄrani is vama-madhya; She has the capacity to be a little harsh when She needs to be. And She can also be soft. That is the beauty of the madhya-position. Kamala MaƱjarÄ« ā Bhaktivinoda ṬhÄkur in his MaƱjarÄ«-svarÅ«pa ā and BhaktisiddhÄnta SarasvatÄ« ṬhÄkur are also vama-madhya.
16. Bhaktivinoda Thakurās Nitya-Seva
And Nayana-Mani MaƱjarÄ«ās seva ā we should know something about what seva she does, and by extension, Kamala MaƱjarÄ«, Bhaktivinoda ṬhÄkurās seva as Kamala MaƱjarÄ«, his antara-vraja-svarÅ«pa ā is karpura-seva. She makes camphor for the pleasure of RÄdhÄ and Kį¹į¹£į¹a.
17. Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvatiās Nitya-Seva
And BhaktisiddhÄnta SarasvatÄ« ṬhÄkur in his vraja-mÄdhurya-svarÅ«pa as Nayana-Mani MaƱjarÄ« ā what does he, or she, do? Alakatak-seva, painting the soles of the feet of ÅrÄ«mati RÄdhÄrani with lacquer. Every maidservant of ÅrÄ«mati RÄdhÄrani can do so many varieties of sevas, but that is her main seva, which she desires most. And her kuƱja is meghambuja-kuƱja. Her nivasa, her place of residence, is Yavat.
